TAMELA L. KAHLE

Tamela Kahle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1980.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 1984.  She was licensed as an attorney in Arizona in 1984.  She was also licensed to practice law in California, Nevada and the District of Columbia in 1985. 

She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for Arizona, California and Nevada.  Ms. Kahle is a member of the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Healthcare Financial Management Association. 

Ms. Kahle  has extensive training in mediation. She frequently serves as a court appointed and private mediator.

Her practice emphasizes construction litigation, construction defect litigation, general negligence, trucking law, product liability, premises liability, bad faith litigation and professional malpractice.  She has tried many jury trials to verdicts in a variety of forums.  Further, she also has served as an adjunct professor teaching law and legals principals. In April of 2009, the Nevada Law Foundation honored her as a Patron member for her commitment to insure justice for all Nevadans.
 

BUD HAFER

Bud Hafer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina in 2013.

Mr. Hafer’s professional experience is in the area of civil defense litigation. His current areas of practice include general negligence and premises liability. He was licensed as an attorney in Nevada in 2013.

SCOTT HATCHER
 
Scott Hatcher began his career in 1970, while attending Arizona State University and working for a custom homebuilder in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Hatcher shifted from residential construction to commercial construction in 1974. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Production and Operations Management from Arizona State University. Throughout his career, he has successfully estimated and constructed over two hundred projects totaling approximately Five Billion Dollars. These projects consisted of hospitals, office buildings, parking structures, hotels, casinos, restaurants, retail centers, industrial parks, correctional facilities, schools and special interest projects.
 
Mr. Hatcher is a LEED-AP professional and member of NAIOP. He is also a member, as well as past national board member, of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). Mr. Hatcher has a Class B general contractor's license in the State of Nevada with a single project monetary limit of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars.
